Refund & Cancellation Policy

PlanMeVacation, acts as a facilitator for travel-related information, planning, and booking assistance. Refunds, cancellations, and modifications are subject to multiple external factors and third-party policies.

Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.


1. Nature of Services

PlanMeVacation:

  • Provides travel planning assistance, information, and facilitation services
  • May assist with bookings through third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, or tour vendors
  • Does not operate airlines, hotels, or transportation services directly unless explicitly stated

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to:

  • The specific service booked
  • The cancellation and refund policy of the respective third-party service provider
  • Time of cancellation relative to the travel date
  • Applicable taxes, service charges, and processing fees

No refund is guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.


3. Non-Refundable Amounts

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Service fees charged by PlanMeVacation
  • Convenience fees, processing charges, and administrative costs
  • Amounts retained or forfeited by third-party service providers
  • Cancellations due to personal reasons, missed travel, or no-shows

4. Third-Party Provider Policies

All travel bookings are governed by the respective third-party provider’s:

  • Cancellation policy
  • Refund timelines
  • Force majeure conditions

PlanMeVacation shall not be responsible for delays or denials of refunds by third-party providers.


5. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be issued for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Strikes or political unrest
  • Airline or transport shutdowns

Refunds, if any, will be subject to third-party policies.


6. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved by the third-party provider:

  • The refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days after receipt from the provider
  • Actual credit timelines depend on banks and payment gateways

7. User Responsibility

It is the user’s responsibility to:

  • Review booking details carefully before confirmation
  • Understand cancellation and refund rules before making payment

8. Dispute Resolution

All refund-related disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nilje, Maharashtra.
